Create a Shipment Request
FIRST, you will need to navigate to: www.sendpro360.pitneybowes.com.
(You will log in using your @mst.edu email address and you will be redirected to SSO sign in. After signing in you will select “Create Ship Request”.)
NEXT, complete the following steps:
STEP 1: Create/Add New Sender
- If the system doesn’t automatically pull your information, enter all your shipping information.
STEP 2: Enter Recipient Information
- Fill in all the requested shipping information for the person you are sending the package to.
STEP 3: Packaging
- Select the service you want to use (FedEx, USPS, UPS)
- Select the package type
- Enter package dimensions
- Enter package weight
STEP 4: Rates and Services
- Select your preferred services and shipping rates
STEP 5: Accounting and Reference
- Enter your MO Code in the Cost Account Box
- Enter any additional references and shipping notes
STEP 6: Print to PDF
- This will generate a PDF you can print that will contain a barcode.
STEP 7: Sending Your Package
- Once you have your package and the printed barcode, you can deposit them wherever campus mail is picked up in your building/office.
- Campus Mail will retrieve the package and scan the barcode to print a shipping label to apply to your package. Once this is done, they will either drop the package off at the Post Office (for USPS) or initiate a pickup request (for FedEx/UPS).
